古印度傳統上,瑜珈是師帶徒1對1地學習;瑜珈智者明白,每個個體在不同階段,都有不同的需要,不同目標,因而個別教導非常重要。當然,現今的團體公開瑜珈課聚集一班志同道合的朋友,共同修習,支持,一起進步,也是身心健康的選擇。然而,在團體公開瑜珈班,導師不可能留意到每個同學的即時需要,也不能給每個同學提供個別指導。

私人瑜珈能夠讓你更親近你的瑜珈練習。或者你從來沒有接觸過瑜珈,希望能好好學習,或是想深化與突破自己的進度,甚至是身體受傷、痛症或其他需要,私人瑜珈都是很好的選擇。

你也可以和朋友或家人自組私人小組班,把練習瑜珈的好處和你的最親分享。

Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. The great ancient teachers understood the importance of individualising each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student. Today’s group classes are fun, energising and help to create a strong community and affordable yoga, however, in a group class teachers may not be able to deliver the individualised attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.

​A private session allows for a more intimate view into YOUR practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with an injury or specific goal or concern.
